As a working professional & a Blogger, I spend most of my time outdoors. The pollution, dust, and excessive exposure to the sun affects my skin. This leads to acne, dryness and pimples. The products that I have been using so far were not helping in solving my skin problems. I thought it’s time to start paying attention to what I am using on my face. Since Neem is the main ingredient in all these products; this makes this kit a perfect solution for acne prone skin. Besides this, the antibacterial properties of neem effectively treat acne conditions. All the products are packed neatly, has a leak-proof flip cap and are travel-friendly. The products are made out of herbal and natural ingredients, hence these are totally safe to use.
Himalayas Herbals Purifying Neem Face Wash
Himalaya’s Neem face wash comes in a transparent plastic tube with a screw cap and has a mild neem fragrance. This face wash is a natural blend of neem and turmeric which brings together their antibacterial and anti-fungal properties to prevent the recurrence of acne over time. While neem improves skin health, immunity, acne, prevents recurrence of pimples, turmeric helps to even out skin tone and retaining skin’s elasticity. I take only a small amount of face wash and use it on my face. The consistency is thick, and it lathers well. After using the face wash, I use refreshing cleansing milk by Himalaya’s on my face and neck and massage it in circular motions to clean every little trace of dirt and makeup residue. It is very light and fragrant free. This cleanser consists of special blend of herbs that gently cleanses away the residual makeup, dirt and impurities. Hence, they also help in maintaining the skin’s natural moisture balance. The cleansing milk is infused with lemon, grape seed and mint which collectively helps in removing impurities soothes and rejuvenates the skin thereby making it soft.
Himalaya Purifying Neem Scrub
For me, exfoliation is very important as it helps to remove the dead skin, unclog pores and allows better penetration of skin care products into my skin. This Neem Scrub comes in a tube packaging with a flip cap. I massage my face and neck in a circular motion using this scrub and then rinse it off with water. The scrub has neem and apricot extracts which help in gently exfoliating dead skin cells. This also helps to enhance your skin’s natural glow. I always prefer mild scrubs, and this one works perfectly.
It exfoliates my skin without over drying and absorbs extra oil and unclogs the pores. I use it weekly once and it is so gentle on my skin yet very effective. My skin feels smooth after its use.
Refreshing & Clarifying Toner:
Himalaya’s Refreshing & Clarifying Toner is made from a blend of natural ingredients that control excess oil secretion and removes the oil from the skin’s surface. This toner comes in a blue translucent bottle with a green flip open cap. The bottle is lightweight, and I can easily carry it in my handbag. The consistency is on the runny side, and I pour only a few drops of it on a cotton ball and wipe my face and neck with it. It is alcohol-free formulation effectively cleanses the skin and removes all the impurities without drying my skin.
It has lentil, citrus limon, and boerhavia root extracts, all of which works together in controlling excess oil secretion, tightens the pores and refreshes the skin. This toner is very gentle on my skin, and I love how refreshing it feels on my skin and brilliantly removes all kind of impurities or residual makeup. What I love the most is it’s subtle and fresh fragrance.
Himalayas Herbals Purifying Neem Pack
Himalaya’s Neem Pack is packed with the goodness of neem, fuller’s earth and turmeric. These work together to regulate excess oil secretion, clean clogged pores, prevents recurrence of pimples, blemishes and soothes skin gently. It comes in a white squeeze tube with green flip open cap. The consistency is neither thick nor runny. I take a generous amount of it and apply it evenly onto my face. And keep it until it dries and then wash off my face with lukewarm water. Hence the grainy stuff in the mask helps to exfoliate the skin well, soothes it and makes it soft.

Last but not the least is the moisturizer. Daily moisturizing is an important part of one’s skin care routine as it helps to control oil production and aids your skin’s moisture levels. I apply it on my face and neck with gentle upward strokes twice a day. It sinks into my skin instantly, leaving it moisturized and hydrated. It has the goodness of Aloe Vera, Almond oil, carrot seed oil, white Lily. All of these works together to sooth and hydrate dry skin, helps in tissue growth, and skin lightening.
Face Massager
This facial kit comes with a face massager. Moreover, it has a deep cleansing brush which has small soft bristles to flush and remove oil and debris that clogs the pores. Also, it comes with an exfoliated brush that has tiny and high tenacity nylon bristles to exfoliate dead skin effectively.
