I love cosmetics a lot and keep looking for new products in the market. Recently I collaborated with a cosmetics brand called Honeybee Gardens which is based in US.
Well, Honeybee Gardens was created in 1995 by herbalist Melissa J. Buckley. After lots of study, Ms. Buckley created natural personal care products. So, what began as a mere homemade kitchen cosmetics soon turned into a big and profitable enterprise. Honeybee Gardens has one goal which is to create pure and natural bath and body care products made from only the finest organic ingredients and offer to people at the most reasonable price. I got an eye shadow palette and a lipstick from Honeybee Gardens which I am going to review for you all.
Cosmopolitan Eye Shadow Palette from Honeybee Gardens
I received a beautiful Cosmopolitan Eye Shadow Palette from Honeybee Gardens and instantly fell in love with it. Upon opening the box, I was met with a gorgeous array of brown, golds and pink shades.
The Cosmopolitan palette comes in a beautiful recyclable case with a magnetic closure. The palette has a combination of four sparkly and matte shades and has a dual end sponge/brush bamboo applicator which is eco friendly and cruelty free.
It has a combination of 4 colors which are Kashmir (matte brown), Angelic (sparkly pale pink), PS Pink (matte medium pink), Satin Sheets (sparkly gold).
The price of this palette is $29.99.
This eye shadow palette indeed is a great addition to my make-up collection. In terms of formulation, all the shimmers and metallics shades are buttery, saturated and smooth. Check out the swatch below to get an idea of how cool the shadows are! With this palette, I can create a variety of looks from barely there neutrals to more dramatic smokey eyes. These eye shadows will ensure that you always look polished. The eye shadows blends easily, have a smooth texture, excellent color pay off, and a good wear time.
Truly Natural Lipstick Queen Bee from HoneyBee Gardens
Honeybee Gardens has an awesome collection of Truly Natural Lipsticks priced at $13.99. I was instantly drawn to the Queen Bee deep red shade and hence ordered it for myself. Not only is this lipstick very gorgeous but its moisturizing too. It’s very glossy, has a lightweight soft velvet finish and a great staying power. This lipstick combines lip quenching botanicals with natural mineral pigments to give you the benefits of lipstick and lip balm both. Another plus point of Truly Natural lipsticks is they are certified gluten free and vegan!
My Recommendation of HoneyBee garden Lipstick
Overall, I think this is a great lipstick from Honeybee Gardens. Though, I love the intense pigmentation, the staying power and the packaging. What I find most amazing and unique about these liquid lipsticks is how they don’t dry out my lips at all, yet they set to a highly pigmented velvet finish. BythewayThis particular shade has a gentle sheen sans shimmer. The application is so smooth and it looks so nourishing on the lips. You will get a perfect color in just two swipes. Firstly, I’m in love with this lipstick for sure. And I must confess I am definitely going to get my hands on other shades soon! If you are unsure which color to try or whether you will like the formula order a sample for $0.50!
You will find Honeybee products in health food stores, pharmacies, on-line stores, herb shops, specialty and gift stores worldwide. As of now, these products are available only in US. Though, you can order them directly from Honeybee Gardens. There is free shipping on all orders above US $50 within US only. For all the International orders, you will be charged actual shipping charges. Because these charges are based on shipping weight, rather than order amount. Also, all the International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by their country. For more shipping details, check out their website.
What do you think about the Honeybee Gardens products? Have you tried them yet? I would love to hear your thoughts on these products.
Much Love, Neha
